Booking & Policies
Yes 🤍 A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all appointments. The retainer goes toward your service total and your appointment is not confirmed until it is paid.
Deposits protect appointment times from last-minute cancellations and no-shows while reserving dedicated time specifically for you.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee and may require full prepayment for future appointments.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred ONE time with proper notice of at least 48 hours.
Most full lash sets take approximately 2 hours depending on the style selected. Fills usually take 60–90 minutes.
I accept card payments through the secure booking system. Some appointments may also allow Apple Pay or tap-to-pay in person.
To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure safety, guests and children are discouraged unless previously approved.
Lash Extensions FAQ
Healthy lash extensions should NOT damage your natural lashes when applied properly and cared for correctly. My focus is always on maintaining the health and integrity of your natural lashes.
Damage usually comes from:
- Picking or pulling extensions
- Rubbing eyes excessively
- Poor application from improper isolation
- Extensions that are too heavy for the natural lash
Most clients retain lashes for 2–4 weeks depending on natural lash cycle, lifestyle, aftercare, hormones, and home maintenance.
Most clients book fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness.
Yes, but avoid oil-based products around the eyes and waterproof mascara.
Lashes should be cleansed daily using a lash-safe cleanser to remove oils, makeup, buildup, and debris that can affect retention and natural lash health. For best retention and overall lash health, I recommend using the lash cleanser from All Things Beauty along with a soft cleansing brush
Yes 🤍 I do carry products designed for sensitive clients. However, if you have a known allergy to ingredients like cyanoacrylate or carbon black, lash extensions may not be suitable.
Please arrive with:
- Clean lashes
- No eye makeup
- No mascara
- Minimal caffeine if you’re sensitive to eye fluttering
Foreign fills are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the current condition of the lashes, a removal and full set may be recommended.
Permanent Makeup / Brows FAQ
I offer machine brows including soft shading, nano brows, combo brows, and natural healed results customized to your features.
Results vary by skin type and lifestyle, but most clients refresh their brows every 1–3 years.
Yes — brows typically heal 30–40% softer and lighter after the healing process.
Possibly. Previous work must be significantly faded before new work can be done. A consultation/photo review is required first.
Most clients describe the discomfort as mild to moderate. Topical numbing is used throughout the service for comfort.
Initial healing takes approximately 7–14 days, while full skin healing may take 4–6 weeks.
Yes. Most brow services require a perfecting session 6–10 weeks after the initial appointment.
Permanent Jewelry FAQ
Permanent jewelry is custom-fit jewelry that is welded closed without a clasp for a seamless everyday look.
Not at all 🤍 The welding process never touches the skin.
The jewelry can easily be removed with scissors or wire cutters if necessary.
Nope 😊 Most permanent jewelry is TSA-friendly.

Yes! Consultations are available for new clients, corrective work, and anyone unsure which service is best for them.
Every set is customized to your eye shape, natural lashes, and desired look — from soft natural to full glam.
Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are not offered. However, client satisfaction is extremely important and I’m always happy to address concerns within the policy timeframe.
